Each year, the many branches of government –Local, County, State, Federal – procure billions worth of goods and services from the Small Business community.  Of those billions, each government unit has goals to set aside a percentage specifically for M/W/D Business Enterprises.  These percentages range from 10% to over 30%.

The Federal Government has allocated Billions of Dollars for our local government under the Economic Recovery Act.  These funds are being spent on various projects that require the active participation of Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged Small Businesses.  If you’d like to claim your portion of these contracting dollars, take the first step by getting your certification.
